Once you've placed your order, an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address that's associated with your account.

Possible reasons why you might not have received the confirmation:

– It could be that you used a different email address, or accidentally typed it in incorrectly.
– It's also possible that it went to your spam folder.
– Check to ensure we're not on a blocked email address list. You can change this in the settings of your email provider.

Unfortunately, we cannot resend you the confirmation email, since the email is auto-generated. You can always check your order status in your account.
