1 hour after ordering

 

You'll receive an email confirmation. This is sent to the email address provided when creating your account. 

 

If you came through social media, such as Facebook or Instagram, your account is created under the email address associated with your social media account.

1 day after ordering

 

Your order status is updated as we prepare your order for production.

You can view the progress of your order from the Account option under Orders. 

 

Adjustments and cancelations can still occur at this time, see How can I cancel or amend my order?

Within 3-5 days - dispatch

 

You will receive a notification via email that your order has been shipped. Depending on the country, you will receive a tracking link.

 

What are your delivery times?

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel, edit the contents or change delivery details.

Transit up to 7 days

 

Depending on the delivery destination, your order will be delivered to you within 2 to 10 workings days after dispatch.

Whilst we are sure you'll love your photo book, sometimes issues can arise. In such cases where you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving the goods. You can find these details below.

If your tracking details haven't updated in 5 working days or, you have questions regarding the delivery of an order without tracking details, please contact our Customer Care team from the details below.
